Psarras Consulting was founded by Anna-Louisa Psarras in August 2015.

Anna-Louisa has worked with charities, philanthropists and the international development for 16 years. She has worked on issues including the environment, human rights, election monitoring and the rule of law, community development and crisis response. Her fieldwork has taken her throughout Africa, Asia, South East Asia and the Middle East.

Anna-Louisa has special interests in small and start-up organisations, communication, design, logistics and crisis response.  She works ongoingly with UK registered charity Prospero World and is currently also working to support refugees in Greece and their host communities.

Anna-Louisa is based in London, and Madrid with frequent travel to Greece. She graduated from Edinburgh University in 2001 with an MA (Hons) in Social Anthropology and Religion. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.

She has a love of food and a belief that the flavours and the seasoning of love that goes into cooking is a universally human trait that brings people together, to talk about the ins and outs of one's day and about the societies in which we live. Eating is a bonding experience. Please contact Anna-Louisa if you would like to know more about the "Anthropologist's Kitchen".
